In the spring of 2008, Ida began her employment as a customer service agent with us at Dynava. Her strength and driving force lie in dialogue and communication, as well as a willingness to help both customers and new colleagues.
Ida works with many different types of tasks and clients, but she also works with onboarding new employees and is responsible for the process. The training is based on self-study, so new employees may need help with various things depending on how far they have progressed in the process.
– I enjoy both sharing my knowledge with new colleagues and developing myself and the company, which I do continuously in my interactions with customers and new colleagues.
Over the years, there have been many changes in both Dynava and customer assignments, but the foundation remains: customer dialogue is always in focus. By constantly learning new things, Ida never feels that her job is monotonous. Every workday brings something new.
– What motivates me the most is successful customer interactions, when both the customer and I feel good afterwards, and when new employees complete their training.
